Service Description
Group Training Classes are held in small, intimate groups to enhance your dog's obedience in the presence of others, without creating an overstimulating environment. The price covers 5 classes. Classes are held on the same day/time on a 5-week rotation. Check here or on Facebook for the current schedule! Level 1 - Basic, $200 - Eye contact & dog-to-owner engagement - Sit - Lay down - Stay - Leave it - Drop it - Coming when called - No jumping on people - Loose leash walking skills Level 2 - Advanced, $225 - Stay with realistic distance & distractions - Coming when called with realistic distance & distractions - Side - Heel walking techniques - Place - Door manners - One trick per week! Level 3 - CGC Prep, $250 - Completing the 10 AKC Canine Good Citizen Tests in public spaces 1) Accepting a friendly stranger 2) Sitting politely for petting 3) Appearance and grooming 4) Walking on a loose lead 5) Walking through a crowd 6) Sit, down and stay in place with distractions 7) Coming when called 8) Reaction to another dog 9) Reaction to startling distraction 10) Supervised separation - Class field trips may include: a dog friendly store, nursing home, dog friendly restaurant, busy park, etc.
